Border Bingo Clubs
Border Bingo Clubs have been successfully running their clubs for over many years. However various factors including the smoking ban and more on-line bingo meant that they needed to re-position themselves in the marketplace and encourage a new and younger audience to play. As a result the existing customer base was analysed and a marketing campaign implemented which encouraged lapsed members to return and encourage new customers to play for the first time. The company also introduced a sophisticated new membership system which enabled intelligent profiling of all customers as well as offering a much clearer of attendance patterns. This has meant the development of targeted campaigns including Refer a Friend, attracting groups of work colleagues and a dedicated member’s newsletter - Buzby’s News. All of this activity has increased attendance and revenue and firmly re-positioned Border Bingo Clubs in the marketplace meaning that people really are Coming out to Play again.
